General Motors Detroit

Working at General Motors offered a richly diverse and fast-paced environment that extended far beyond traditional design work. While my core focus was on developing color, material, and textile strategies for various Cadillac vehicles, the scope of my role was wide-ranging and dynamic. The images below offer a glimpse into the multifaceted world of a Color & Materials designer—one that seamlessly blends creativity with strategic execution.

From attending media events and supporting product launches to conducting supplier visits, producing international trend reports, and collaborating with marketing teams, every project demanded adaptability and cross-functional collaboration. I was also involved in archival research and heritage-based storytelling, helping ensure new designs were grounded in Cadillac’s legacy while looking to the future.

No two days were ever the same—each brought new challenges, fresh insights, and opportunities to contribute to a brand that values innovation, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

No day was the same.
